1. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We believe every customer deserves fast, reliable delivery without any additional cost.

Free shipping applies to all products across our entire catalog.
No coupon code or minimum order amount required.
Free shipping is available for eligible destinations listed below.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following destinations:

All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii
U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): 2–3 business days (additional charges may apply)
Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days
U.S. Territories & Military Addresses: 10–21 business days

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@thecalexotics.org.

6. Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The sender name on the shipping label will appear as:

No product names, brand descriptions, or other identifying information will appear on the outside of the package.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you promptly.

For damaged items, please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
California Exotic Novelties LLC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@thecalexotics.org or (909) 510-5894. We will do our best to update the address before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect shipments. Any re-shipment costs resulting from an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility.
